Please ensure all shipping details are 100% correct before submitting. We are not responsible for any incorrect/missing shipping information and therefore no refunds will be processed once the item has shipped.

Shipping Cost

 

Shipping is calculated at checkout. International packages are subject to Customs, Duties and Search. We are not responsible for any additional fees or confiscations of items at the border. If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed we will not provide a refund.

                         

     

                      

Lost, Stolen and Failed Delivery

Dan & Andi is not liable for any lost or stolen packages after the item has been marked as delivered by the postal service. We ask you ship to a secure location. If the tracking number confirms the item has been delivered, but you have not received your order please contact your local post service to investigate the issue. If a package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address for any reason the package will be returned to the sender (Dan & Andi). Any shipping costs, duties and taxes incurred on the package's return will be deducted from the refund.
