a) the day you start your subscription will be the same day we mail out your order every month

ie. if you sign up for a subscription service on January 1st, your delivery will be mailed out on January 1st, but might arrive 7 days later on January 7th. You should then expect to get your product on the 7th of every month.

b) subscription service goes until cancelled
